A QUICK OPINION
I agree that there should be more women in comics, just from a diversity standpoint. But it's easy to forget if you're at all active on the internet. I think if I were to list some of the smartest people in comics, 7 out of 10 of them would be women. Watch this:
Kate Beaton
Meredith Gran
Hope Larson
Erika Moen
Jess Fink
Dylan Meconis
Raina Telgemeier
And those were just the first few that came to mind. Our generation of cartoonists is a pretty good one, you guys. I'm not saying it couldn't be better. But I like it.
